Saddle Fitting

We offer Professional and SMS Qualified Saddle Fitting Services including the supply and fit of New and Used saddles, Checking the fit of Customers existing saddles and Full Servicing and Repairs on all Saddle Brands.


Visiting our Customers throughout Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire including Rugby, Bicester and Milton Keynes Areas. 


We are happy to work with other equestrian professionals including your trainer or physio.

Initially we will need some information from you such as a description of your horse and details of your requirements; please let us know if it’s a check on your existing saddle(s) or fitting for a New or Secondhand Saddle you would like, along with any preference of make, style and price range. 

Please also provide the address and postcode where your horse lives.

We will then give you a choice of available appointment dates and run through the costs involved.


Appointments

We try very hard to stick to appointment times, however traffic, difficult horses and unexpected circumstances may delay other customers times, in this case we will always let you know of a revised eta.

On arrival at your yard we will begin by assessing your horse’s conformation and taking a brief history or photos for our records, before trying on any saddles.

You should allow a couple of hours for a fitting, and expect to ride in several saddles, you will of course need your helmet, a saddle pad, girth & irons & leathers, also somewhere safe to ride.

Professional Service

We adhere to the Society of Master Saddlers code of practice which ensures we provide you with professional services of the highest standard using our extensive knowledge experience and integrity.

We are also delighted to work with other equine professionals such as your instructor and physio to ensure you make the most informed choice possible.

We provide recommendations for aftercare, and on going services for your saddle to ensure the correct fit and balance is maintained for the comfort and wellbeing of your horse and the rider.

Terms and Conditions

Returns: We make every effort to ensure the fit and comfort for horse and rider before your purchase. However you may return your saddle or accessories within the statutory period for a full refund, less fitting and travel charges, even if these were waived at the time of purchase.


Damage or wear to the saddle purchased will need to be assessed and agreed before refund is sent.
